A LUTON youth who “mercilessly exploited” a vulnerable teenager Micah Urquhart and then stabbed him through the heart was jailed for a minimum of 28 years today (March 26) for his murder last year.

Luton Crown Court heard how Waqar Younis 19, of Queens Close, and co-defendant Paul Lynam, 18, of Midland Road, turned the flat Micah had been given by care workers into a squalid drug dealing den.
